1. Data controller
The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is Simpleadvicezone s.r.o., Reg. No. 19283746, with its registered office at Na Příkopě 392/9, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 384729.
2. Scope of processed data
We process the following categories of personal data: identification data (first name, last name), contact data (email address, telephone), data on investment activity and data obtained from cookies. For clients of investment services we additionally process data required by Act No. 253/2008 Coll. (AML).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data for the purposes of (a) performance of the contract and provision of investment services, (b) compliance with legal obligations, in particular AML and tax legislation, (c) sending commercial communications based on granted consent, (d) protection of our legitimate interests. The retention period is 10 years after termination of the contractual relationship in line with Czech legislation.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object. Consent to processing may be withdrawn at any time at info@simpleadvicezone.com. You may file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
5. Recipients of data
We share personal data only with processors within the EU (cloud providers, banks, auditors) on the basis of data processing agreements. We never sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.
