1. Introductory provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Simpleadvicezone s.r.o., Reg. No. 19283746, registered office Na Příkopě 392/9, 110 00 Prague 1 (the “operator”), and users of the platform operated on the domain simpleadvicezone.com (the “user”). The platform provides crowdfunding services under EU Regulation 2020/1503 (ECSP).
2. Registration and verification
Use of the investment services requires registration and successful completion of identity verification (KYC) in accordance with Act No. 253/2008 Coll. on measures against legalisation of proceeds from crime. The user is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date data.
3. Investments and risks
All investments offered through the platform are subject to market risks, including the risk of losing the entire invested amount. The operator is not an investment advisor and provides no guarantees regarding the future performance of projects. Before investing, the user is obliged to study the investment memorandum of the specific project.
4. Fees
Registration on the platform is free of charge. The operator charges a structuring fee to the developer of the project (typically 2–4 % of the issue volume) and a portfolio management fee to the investor of 0.5 % p.a. All fees are transparently disclosed for each project.
5. Final provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The general courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction to resolve disputes. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz). The operator reserves the right to amend these terms; the user will be informed of changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
